Flash Fotos is committed to outstanding service and customer satisfaction and we want your images to last forever under all circumstances.

If your prints are damaged (by natural disaster, fire, your neighbour’s kids, an angry ex-partner or any other unforeseen circumstances) at any time (ice mounts, lumi tiles, albums, art mount & photo books excluded) we will reprint them at no cost to you. No questions asked. All you have to do is send in your damaged print and quote your original customer number.

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your images on the day of your photo shoot we will happily reschedule another shoot at absolutely no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with the finished product we will reproduce your images until you are happy or offer a replacement shoot.

Terms & Conditions

1. Only applies to images printed on paper and digital files. Third Party products such as canvasses, photo albums, ice mounts, lumi tiles, art mounts box, art mounts, photo suite & photo books etc is limited and may be excluded from our replacement guarantee.
2. Flash Fotos staff is entitled to ask customers to surrender damaged prints to be eligible for replacement at their own discretion.
3. All care is taken to securely archive the files to reprint the images at a later date. However in the unlikely event of system failure, data loss, or any other unforeseen circumstances Flash Fotos is not able to execute the guarantee.
