Our Lifetime

Replacement Guarantee

1. We believe we are the only Photography Studio in Australia that offers their customers a lifetime guarantee
   on their printed images.  If your prints are damaged (canvasses, albums & photo books excluded) we will
   reprint them absolutely free!  No questions asked.  All you have to do is send in your damaged print and
   quote your original customer number.
   
   If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your images on the day of your photo shoot we will happily reschedule
2. another shoot at absolutely no cost to you.  If you are not 100% happy with the finished product we will
3. reproduce your images until you are happy. 

 Terms & Conditions

 1. Only applies to images printed on paper. Canvasses, photoalbums, photo books etc are excluded.
 2. Maximum of 6 replacements per image.
 3. Only one replacement per image in any given calendar year.
 4. Damaged prints must be surrendered to Flash Fotos to be eligible for replacement.
 5. Any care is taken to securely archive the files to reprint the images at a later date. However in the unlikely
   event of system failure, data loss, or any other unforseen circumstances Flash Fotos is not able to execute the
   guarantee.
 6. The customer must present the original contract to enable us to locate archived images.
