you forever.

What to Expect
A couple of days before your shoot we will call you to discuss any questions you may have. We will also gather some information about your likes and dislikes, the clothes you wish to bring to the shoot, your hairstyle and the style of makeup you prefer. This will enable us to prepare for your shoot and also give you the chance to start thinking and preparing for your experience with us.

When you arrive you will be greeted by one of our friendly staff members. Our stylist will then discuss what you would like in regards to your hair and makeup. She will also go through the clothing and accessories that you have brought. Once you make your final decision about the look you want us to create, the makeup artist will start her work. She will take between 30-60 minutes.

Once the makeup artist is finished and you have changed into your first outfit you will meet one of our photographers and discuss your vision for the shoot. Please ensure you explain anything that matters to you to the photographer. Feel free to bring along any examples that you like, such as pictures from magazines. You will spend around 30-45 minutes with our photographer creating three different looks (you will get changed twice). After the shoot you will have a break of approximately 20 minutes whilst the photographer downloads and prepares your images for viewing.

Your viewing will start with a slide show of all your photos. This slide show will give you an overview of your shoot in its entirety. We will then go through your images one by one and delete the images that you are not happy with. Once we have a smaller selection, we will then explain our packages and prices and further reduce your selection to choose the photos or packages that are right for you.

No Obligation
There is no risk or obligation to buy with Flash Fotos, there is also no minimum order. But please choose your photos wisely, as after our 24 hour cancellation period we won’t accept any changes or cancellations to your order.

Payment Plans
We offer lay-by or interest free finance options over six, twelve, eighteen or twenty four month periods. You can also pay in full on the day via cash or eftpos. Your order will be ready within 3-5 weeks after your shoot (except for lay-by option and some photo books where the production takes longer).
